Also I know not all, but when people get shot by the cops, there is usually a reason for it, like a dumb action on their part.
I do happen to care about crooked cops though, those guys should be arrested and sentenced, I just don't think they're always to blame when a black person is shot.

I'm just spit-balling it here, but gorillas don't shoot anyone. Meanwhile blacks shoot other blacks by the thousands every year. It's not the police who are shooting blacks, and not whites that are shooting blacks. It is blacks gunning down their children (as young as 6months or 4 years old) virtually every day. Blacks don't believe black lives matter or they wouldn't be killing the people in their own neighborhood!
But this is just a hypothesis.
