I got this tattoo 8 days ago and it scabbed over real bad but I just let it go and kept it moisturized. I just put on a hoodie and the sleeve caught the scab and ripped it off in a whe 3" piece. Should I see a doctor about this?

What the fuck that's nasty as hell I've never had a tattoo do this. Either you went to a shitty place or you didn't follow the after care instructions properly.

I've done nothing but play videogames since then and it hasn't helped. I was told touching grass might help me but I'm a bit skeptical.

I washed it with unscented soap morning and night, and used unscented lotion. Not sure what else I could have done.

Why the hell did you wash it? I've never washed a tattoo when I first got it it was covered for a few days with me taking the plastic wrap off just to moisturize it then putting the wrap back on.

The paper he gave me said to wash it after 3 hours of it being covered. My buddy got one on his neck same day and his is already healed.

Talk to the tattoo artist they'll have a better explanation
