Based. 7 and 8.1 are the last tolerable versions of Windows that will run on modern hardware (though 7 will increasingly require some tweaking). The only way I'd ever use 10 and up is if I built a cleaned up ISO like AME. The only reasons to use Windows at all in the first place are for a crippling gameniggotry disorder, or if your job forces you to.
