I don't know, its my first time. Feels good without any NSA folks watching me.

it really depends on the hardware how hard your ganoo experience is going to be

Who?
Canonical developer.
If he's such an expert why is normal Ubuntu so bad?
Some software will have certain defaults set to better privacy, like the web browser.
This is a non argument centered around a website.
GNOME cultists unironically believe their lobotomized Chinese knockoff of MacOS is a highly efficient, ergonomically sound triumph of UI design.
He doesn't seem to like GNOME either desu. He seems to consider KDE to be the only thing that has the potential to be usable, but he criticizes that too. One of the thing he does praise KDE for is that it actually has good scaling options.

Ok. I'm removing Gentoo right now.
Is there an easy way to make sure it works with my PC? Also is ubuntu better for Nvidia?
Just try the live install environment without installing. As for the nvidia part, there really isn't a difference. Just go for the desktop environment that's more appealing to you. I installed mint a couple of months back on my 1060 rig, and I've gotta say Cinnamon was really polished and smooth.
So there isn't a site I can go to check the driver availability?
