Your workload will quadruple but your pay won't. You'll be so overbooked you'll start spending all day in leadership meetings or in various agile meetings making, sizing and delegating tickets to juniors.
You won't write code and nobody will understand what you actually do except maybe 1 or 2 bosses who will try to gaslight you into taking lower pay because you don't write code anymore.
In short, you're the real PM of the project now. Whoever is the "PM" on paper is likely a diversity hire you'll be unfortunately chained to. This person will recieve the credit for anything you do so your employer can pretend their DE&I program is successful.
