Most laptop keyboards you can't replace the keycaps without destroying the keyboard. Actually it'd be easier to buy a full replacement keyboard for your laptop than it would be to repair one.

Laptop keyboards are terrible in general. There's always a compromise. For example, most of them don't even have full sized arrow keys.
