Is the arch wiki reliable

yeah and usually pretty straight forward

if you aren't retarded then yes

yes, although anything more niche tends to only have a surface level page which can sometimes be annoying if the project's documentation is shit

it really depends on what you're trying to do. For something straightforward like font rendering, setting up multiple monitors, encrypting your partitions, utilizing the various features of pacman it's really good. if you want to do really specific stuff like gpu passthrough you're going to have a sort of bad time. gentoo wiki + arch wiki + random posts on the arch forums/ubuntu forums is the best way to cover all bases if you have specific technical concerns with your system.

I've found a few mistakes and outdated pages on it. I don't fix them though because it's not my problem.

linux fat lmao

Very I use it even when setting up other distros

For all the faults of the arch community, the arch wiki is generally really good. Sure here and there it might be a little dated, but it goes in to depth on so many subjects and makes everything simple.

based. Would do the same thing user.

I know it isn't reliable because I wrote a few pages and I know fuck all about computers.

yea
i use it when looking up shit cause other wikis usually don't include as much info

is the most reliable ive used.

not at all

it's by far the most reliable single source of information on setting up FOSS on the planet
the only annoyance is that it can get a bit systemd-specific at times

No it's not.
Anyone can edit anything.
It's like Wikipedia: don't trust it
Instead, read man pages.

It's very nice, I wish I used it way before switching to Arch

Nope, and all archfags above me will pretend it's not only reliable but readable also which is simply not the case

>he
>complains about bloat

this. They'll jerk it off because it's big. There is so much outdated, useless, irrelevant information that assumes a shitload about how your system is setup. The only thing it is good for is occasionally a bash line or two, because that's the depth of the information there.
