I think noctura was good 5yrs ago when they where cheaper now it doesn't make any sense to get them over an equivalent delta corsair or gook fan
My gigabyte 1080 and 2080ti did that I put two 12cm fans on it zipties

It's 5mm thicker than the standard 25mm fan. Same reason why the 27mm Arctic P14s are pretty good for their price.

1. deshroud but make sure there is no gap between new fans and heatsink
2. order fans replacement from chinkstore, try to get the same model if you can

If you're not afraid of disassembling your card, you can order replacement fans on ebay/amazon/etc.
