whats the play for phones with hdmi out these days? im assuming mhl is long dead, and its just usb 3 hdmi dongles?

Anons, I'm retarded and crushed my Galaxy Note 10 at the gym today and it's going to be $405AUD to fix the screen. I've been considering a new phone so now I have good motivation to get one. I'm looking at the A52/A52s, but open to something else that's available in the Aussie market. Will my current 4G sim work in the A52s even though it's 5G? >budget ~500AUD >comparable camera (to Galaxy Note 10) >comparable speed (to Galaxy Note 10)

you could probably pick up a new g note 10, it ticks all your boxes
William Collins
I should have said that I'm not a fan of the curved screen, so I'm looking for something flat.

> Still have pic related 3 years later > Still works like a charm with zero hangups > Camera quality still great > Still looks like a phone from the future thanks to ZERO (0) notches lmao > Still holds up fairly well in terms of processing power, ram and display
This was the peak of OnePlus and Smartphones in general, and you can't convince me otherwise. I plan to keep it for two more years at the minimum
Asking again, What phone is good if you watch shows, play gacha and read all day? Price doesn't matter as long as it's not samshit or apple. Headphone jack and SD needed.
>check price. >2x the price of my S20 FE 5G. What the fuck?
Cameron Lopez
Yeah well that’s what you have to pay for near peak design
Jonathan Bennett
Am I fucked for getting S20 FE 5G? Yeah, the price is actually cheaper than normal priced top end A52S but I wonder if I can get better. No. Don't recommend LG V60 especially with the recent fucked up and Moto G100 that doesn't exist in my country.

Peak of OnePlus is the 5T > Still have pic related 5 years later > Still works like a charm with zero hangups > Camera quality good enough with gcam > ZERO (0) notches OR rounded corners > Still holds up fairly well in terms of processing power, ram and display > Still has a 3.5mm jack > Has a durable aluminum body, easy to disassemble and repair
Forgot some > Still has a notification LED > Worn to shit battery still lasts all day > $100
Daniel Carter
most of them do support external displays through usb 3 hdmi dongles, except google pixels for obvious reasons(see chromecast) also only samsung and motorola has a different UI for external displays(samsung DEX and moto's ready for) instead of the usual screen mirroring op7 series is the last good oneplus phone. too bad they've settled after that
Wyatt Ortiz
I cracked my 5T. Got a 8Pro Next phone won't be a oneplus tho. Might buy an OPPO phone tho.
>Don't recommend LG V60 especially with the recent fucked up and Moto G100 that doesn't exist in my country. That's only a problem if you were on a particular carrier in US which does have the Moto G100 available
Tyler Nguyen
I have the Galaxy s10e, I'm supposed to get the iPhone 13 mini next right?
Landon Martinez
What the fuck that design is amazing
Isaiah Gray
Except LG V60 also have reported problem with my current provider. I don't know if they fixed it.
