Install Arch + KDE + Wine for an extremely Windoows-like experience. Use appimages for .exe alternatives, or just run .exes with wine. The choice is yours. Also make sure you don't use wayland (use X11 instead), you install bluetooth and NTFS support correctly, and that you enable the multilib repo and the AUR.
It's been about 2 months since switching with some road-bumps along the way, but all in all I am very happy I made the change.

Supposedly there's a menu entry if you right-click on the search area of the taskbar, but I can't confirm because I would never use nuWindows, even in a VM. Switch to any other OS, or roll back to a version of Windows before 10, because at least they had self awareness back then.

Honestly I don't know why you guys hate shit like that so much. I'm glad that black culture is being celebrated, it's better than the sodomy celebration we'll see in a week. I hope that this love towards black culture will encourage a sense of duty within the black community, resulting in black fathers staying with their family which would end in black youths feeling a sense of connection with their community.
Will it end blacks chimping out on whites? Obviously not. But that problem is solved by being a white man whose actually respectable. At the very least, however, it would end in blacks finally not being criminals and being able to get a fucking grip on themselves, which is something that I'd be happy to see.
