Intellij cucks btfo

> Our goals were to reduce visual complexity, provide easy access to essential features, and progressively disclose complex functionality as needed – resulting in a look-and-feel that we believe is clean, modern, and powerful.

> The new UI will eventually be available in all IntelliJ-based products, but it’s possible that the rollout for some of the products will be delayed.

don't care
won't touch it since it asks me to log in just to use it
not even Visual Studio does this

where did all the buttons go

Looks like a fucking VSCode bs

I literally just stopped paying to jetbrains because VSCode is better and free

and JetBrains is a R*ssian company anyway, fuck that

The only way to make it good is to rebuild it from scratch without Java. Preferably using C and nothing else.

intellij community edition doesn't make you login desu

>don't care
cared enough to reply
>won't touch it since it asks me to log in just to use it
no it doesn't
>won't touch it since it asks me to log in just to use it
>windows only software
kys

I didn't need to log in when I was forced to learn some Java (with community edition). Did they change their policy? Is the community edition useless for professional use?

It was a very comfy IDE.

**windows and mac only

I hate webshits so much.
Spending money on stupid shit like fonts and a code editor.

JetBros we can't stop winning

i'm not sure i like this kind of winning mr trudeau

>mr trudeau

>Did they change their policy
yes
>Is the community edition useless for professional use
yes

what's the issue?

>le russians bad
you have to go back

user why are you lying

I love IntelliJ. They would have to majorly, majorly fuck up their products for me to stop paying and use vscode instead. While Microsoft will of course fund tooling for their own main languages, everything else is a 2nd class citizen with the usual "spare time" open source primitiveness.

It runs on anything you moron

>I literally just stopped paying to jetbrains because VSCode is better and free
Tell me you're a script kiddo without telling me ...
>and JetBrains is a R*ssian company anyway, fuck that
