They're way better than AYYMD naive chiplets and they're connected through 3D Foveros, next gen 3D packaging that AYYMD simply don't have until TSMC develops it

Intel tiles are way more advanced than TSMC chiplets and have significantly lower latency that performance closer to a monolithic chip
AYYMD inferior chiplet garbage incurs latency penalties when going from 1 chiplet to other chiplet, no amount of cache can help with that
