Learn how to use formulas in excel. You just type = and then the formula you want to do. For instance, =5+5 will fill the cell with 10. You can also do =5*A5 to take the value in cell A5 and multiply it by 5. If you want to take the average, type =AVERAGE (A2:A7) where A2 to A7 is the range of cells you want to average. You can always click and drag across the cells to select them so you don't have to manually type it it out. Ctrl+click to select cells that aren't adjacent. Honestly the best way to learn excel is to just fuck around with it.
