The problem I have with neocities is that it's basicly centralized website trying to recreate the decentralized past.

No it's not. It's a reincarnation of geocities, which was never decentrralised.

It's one step forward. You can copy the html and put in a different hosting, you can't do that with a twitter/reddit/facebook account.

My problem is that there're too many sites made by zoomers and fags coexisting with the good content.

The zoomers and fags are the ones making all the good content though.
