Read the paste: rentry.org/fwt
>Is Optimize-Offline worth it?
No.
>Should I debloat?
Only if you understand everything that you're going to be intentionally breaking.
If something doesn't work later, you probably broke it with some debloat memescript.
>How do I activate?
github.com/luzeadev/winactivate
HWID mimics OEM activation to generate a permanent legitimate license.
(Does not work on VL editions, avoid VL editions unless you enjoy having to deal with KMS breaking and Windows unactivating)

>>Which version should I get?
>Home/Pro
Comes preinstalled with bloatware apps like games, music, news, weather, etc.
>Education/Workstation/Enterprise
Comes with system apps.
>LTSC/IoT LTSC
Comes with nothing, no apps, not even MS Store
Search LTSC-Add-MicrosoftStore if you need it.
There are no compatibility differences between versions, all programs/drivers will work on all versions of Windows.

>LTSC or IoT LTSC?
LTSC meant for corporate PCs with 5 years security updates (KMS only).
IoT LTSC meant for retail/medical/etc PCs with 10 years security updates (HWID only).

>Do I even need LTSC?
W10 Home/Pro/Edu/WS/Ent editions are all EoL in 10/2025 (2027 for LTSC) whereas IoT LTSC will be supported until 2032.

>Is Windows 11 good?
>Should I upgrade?
Not yet.

>B-b-b-but muh Windows 7!
OpenShell or StartIsBack

Xbox mogs PC

GPUs are three times too expensive currently, the premium patrician's choice is a Series X in modern times

sexbox doesn't even run Steam

For me? It’s my trusty old Xbox 360.

Bought a 256Gb M.2 SSD to use as boot drive + whatever games I'm playing atm, but can't simply transfer all my stuff over, like Windows 10 itself, because my 1Tb full as fuck HDD isn't partitioned, a mistake I won't make again in the future.
Is there a way to partition away my already installed OS?
That way I could just select the partition and transfer it to the SSD?

Besides that option, can I create a partition with the 70 or so Gbs I have left, fill it with 70Gb of my stuff, then extend this same partition and keep adding into it until I have under 200Gb of stuff to transfer to the SSD?

You are not ready for this debate

the answer seems unrelated to the question

Is there a way to make keyboards on Windows work the way they do on Linux?
For example, not only am I used to US-INTL with Alt-Gr dead keys, I'm also used to being able to use the Unicode inputs.
I can find vaguely tolerable equivalents for the former, but nothing for the latter. Is there a way to use that entire input system on Windows?

I'm trying to be nice but W10 appears to be broken?

I installed it on new ssd and it just gives me k mode exception not handled after about 4 minutes on the desktop. What's wrong with this thing? Why doesn't it work like W7 does?

i have Windows Server 2012 R2 installed on VMware player and it has this weird window draw issue where windows leave chunks all over the screen if you move them. Tried to google to no avail. Any idea what might cause this?

WRYYYYYYYYYYYY
it's like i'm really back in 2003

I am guessing here but I think, by default the client OS is using software rendering, since CPU's are terrible at being GPUs, it would explain why you are getting artifacts like an old 2003 GPU

Just tried and to remote desktop to this vm and it does not have that issue.

can i suggest a feature directly to Microsoft? i want them to send program execution logs to anti-cheat services so they can ban people who run trainers even for other games even when they are closed running ANY cheat program for ANY game should see you banned PERMANENTLY from online play

alder lake fag here... little things in w11 really irritate me to the point where i dont give a fuck about the optimized scheduler shit and just want to go back to the familiar devil i know

is the optimized schedular really a big thing or is it just a meme? ive managed to tweak some things to make it work like win10 but its just not the same. i also ran a debloat memescript from (((Chris Titus))) and now restarting my pc takes like 5 minutes (2 day fresh install). im on a new pc and thus running the os without activating. do the git activators actually work (as in its a once and done run) or is it better to buy a $20 key from somewhere (recommend sites too)?

hmm i switched to 11 and never looked back what problems are you having?

tiny autism things like rounded edges, not being able to move taskbar to top, small size taskbar, openshell not working properly and overall running win11 inactivated

i just want to play vidya and watch anime

Attached: 1638290928943.jpg (680x740, 44.38K)

what vidya?

>i just want to play vidya and watch anime
seems unrelated to rounded edges, not being able to move the taskbar, the and the small taskbar size

that's why a began my post with autism

elden ring

i was hoping you would say something less new i am not sure if an unideal scheduler would mess with elden ring but you might be stuck with windows 11
