Botnet wants me to die in twister. I don't know at what point clearnet radar became this bad but I don't remember it being like this a few years ago. Every weather website I used to use for this since the 90s worked fine until they got "UX/UI" updates in the last few years. They used to send you a .gif file that got updated every 5-10 minutes. Worked fine on a dial up connection.
The last time I tried to check weather radar from my dumbphone with "apps" the first thing it demanded was I verify an account with my email address and 2fa. That's just what I need when I'm trying to make split second decisions.
Fuck these faggots. It's embarrassing that curl is more reliable.
Use the official sites perhaps. How do I know this and I'm not even American.
Also, live stormchasing is rad. >"oh no that town just got hit!" >keeps rolling because they know we literally came for that shit Look, if God wants to fuck up your shit, don't complain if we enjoy it with him. We don't get twisters here.

Or you could just switch on your radio and find out what's going on in seconds.

weather.gov works perfectly fine without JS

>hear tornado siren >ignore it >try to get some tech junk to work >siren is still going >keep fiddling with the tech junk >siren is still going >get frustrated with tech junk >take time to whine on Any Forums about my tech junk >siren is still going
That's not the botnet trying to kill you. That's your insane stupidity trying to kill you.
Ryan Campbell
for me, it's weather.gov wish they had an app though
seems like the solution is to destroy the siren so it stops
Christian Richardson
>hear tornado sirens >quickly grab a radio if it's handy >find shelter immediately >stay put until the sirens stop or the radio says it's safe
Cooper Adams
all weather radar data and warnings are published by NOAA. your favorite weather app is literally just scrapping NOAA and putting a slick gui on top
Cooper Ross
I don't even know what the weather is like anymore. I just wing it by looking at the sky. One time I would have missed that a hurricane was hitting us if it wasn't for coworkers mentioning it.
UI is utter shit but it's worth it. Pulls data from NOAA, with actual detailed maps and level 3 radar data.

curl is cute and she will always be reliable, don't try to leave her.

>hear gun shots >try to check police radar on my Linux computer or rooted 6 year old Android phone >YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US >PLEASE CONSIDER TURNING OFF YOUR AD BLOCKER >*wait 20 minutes for the 500mb of javascript and uncompressed webp's to load* This is how dumb you are, if something is urgent, you get to safety, and then deal with finding out what it is. Not the other way around retard.

Lmao based

“Your privacy is important to us” More like “Taking away your privacy is important to us” They can fuck right off lmao
