Have you ever seen ANY laptop with modular LPDDR4(X) memory? The answer is no. SODIMM doesn't even support >4000mhz IIRC.
SODIMM DDR5 goes up to 6400MHz most kits are 4800MHz though. Apple was soldering 2133MHz LPDDR4 not even 2 years ago.
