"Arguing that you don't care about the right to privacy because you have nothing to hide is no different than saying you don't care about free speech because you have nothing to say."

Would anyone here be willing to give me a RiseUp invite?

>Download zip file from questionable site
>Send to VM to check it out
>Extract it
>Realize I extracted it to my shared (with host) folder
Turned out harmless but I still felt like pic related lmao

Finding a Riseup code is pretty hard, so good luck

someone got one last week in /psg/
desuarchive.org/g/thread/86851459/#86861553

Thanks. I've gone through and deleted so many accounts these past few days and reduced them down to about 10 services. Also deleted three of my old email accounts. So now I've just got ten accounts linked to my current email that I will probably switch, although I will probably delete those as well so my old address is not linked with my new one. I just want to get it right this time. I read through the entirety of digdeeper section on emails and a bunch of other resources. I'm hoping I can actually get an invite.
Yeah that is what prompted me to ask.

Same user here, drop me a mail to no_u_do_dis TA riseup TOD net (it's an alias) with anything, a site, your site, a message, a cool book, a cool movie (to prove you're an actual breathing humanoid) and I'll send an invite your way.

Does anyone know anything about creating clear web sites and keeping them unindexed? I want to create a site like pic rel but I don’t wanna doxx the shit out of myself all over Google/Bing/Yahoo.

(I phrased that wrong) I mean I don’t want to learn how to create a website but how to make a website that has sensitive info and keeping it unindexed/hard to find…

Would maybe adding a password functionality to keep it all hidden behind a page asking for a password when you visit the site (which I would give to recruiters) be a good idea?

I’m ultimately trying to avoid the privacy and security hellhole that is LinkedIn

Will having a separate SATA HDD with Windows 10 be a security risk to my main Linux install on my primary drive? I'm dual booting without GRUB
