I never update anything or restart my machine unless something is blocking my work. The uptime on my work MacBook was 440 days until I was forced to restart to fix an issue with Microsoft Teams.
I just updated to ubuntu 22.04 yesterday and I wish I hadn't because my audio doesn't work anymore. I removed pipewire and it still doesn't work so idfk what to do.
ask your doctor about updatenitis
I have a habit of checking for updates on stuff that's buggy hoping it's going to be fixed like a lot of the stuff on f-droid
