I don't think they've ever said they've been pro-UNIX. Remember, Any Forums is mostly underage - they've never even seen a real UNIX.

No he's not, both macos and linux and posix compatible but only macos is unix certified.

Linux's POSIX compatibility is pretty fucking shaky too, user.

Unix is a certification that can be paid for. There are Linux distributions that have Unix certification, but most don't bother because it is utterly meaningless in the real world. Literally no one uses macOS because it is "Unix".
