It's not a problem that pajeets did the code for the 737-Max, it's that they laid off the experienced engineers and paid shit wages.
If they paid the same outsourcing firm 75 dollars an hour a head, after everybody involved in "resourcing" took their cut, they could've coded it with 20 dollar an hour Ph.d candidates.

He's right though. It doesn't matter how much you pay an Indian, their culture of cheating in college and upkeeping their subhuman caste system in the workplace precludes any kind of quality control. Hire Chinese and you get the same result. There's a reason whites are hired for anything actually important. You can take an Indian out of India, but you can't stop him from shitting in the streets.

But what if you pay the Han chinaman or the brahmin the equivalent of USD 100/hour for 1.5 the estimated length of the project by US or western Europe professionals? Do note that this works out to be more expensive than the alternative, "pay your existing developers to do it".
I think it's a wage and time issue, not a cultural one.
