It supports VP8, VP9 and AV1 with Vorbis and Opus for audio.

I did say VP9, you can get some rather good looking 30fps 720p video into 5MB and three minutes with vp9.
So Any Forums really should add vp9 support, because it's like 8 years overdo for VP9 support.

11 minutes of Vp8 would look horrific even at 11mb.
You are vastly better off with a more complex encoder like VP9 or preferably AV1.

into webm for WSG
11.5MB for 5 minutes, had to sacrifice quality and run CRF 33 ±1 to get it inside 480p at the post limits and split it into 2 webms.
With VP9 and a 10MB size limit it would be capable of the full 5 minute run.
What I'm trying to say here is,
Admins fucking enable vp9 already youre 8 years behind holy shit.
