now run it on real hardware. i've tried in on three different hardware setups and it fails to work properly. the only work they've done is to make it run in a virtual machine.

i came to post exactly this

terry built his OS with his own language and compiler (which was both JIT and AOT btw).

networking support is fucking basic compared to what terry did lmao.

>which was both JIT and AOT
Impossible unless you have two compilers crammed into one, which it isn't.

Cope harder terrypod

>Impossible
of course the no coder who thinks networking is impressive doesn't know shit about compilers

JIT and AOT cannot coexist. Mald harder terrypod.

give him a break bro he was mentally ill

>just trust me bro

Linus also relies on other people to implement networking

>There are two modes of compiling, AOT Compile Mode and JIT Compile Mode.
>Compilation is done in both -- neither is "interpreted". Use JIT Mode.

OH NO NO NO NO NO TERRYBROS.... NOT LIKE THIS...

>network
>advanced
My very first task at my very first job was to write an ipv6 stack in some firmware.

>Networking not advanced bro
>sprites shader on top of a window, not that's advanced
ACK yourself

I don't know what you're talking about, but network is basic stuff.

...

HAHAHA i was about to say this
