don't sit at your desk for long hours?

...

You can't. You can only help your back by having a decent posture and some chairs aren't even made for that. You are not supposed to sit for long periods of time, even if it's your obligation.

get a standing desk

ayo look at this nigga standing up

Don't sit on bed instead recline on bed with good lumbar and neck support, and elevate the laptop to your eye level.

>oh muh dick

Get a sitting orb, err, I mean, sitting ball.

this format chair could help - closer to upright posture.

A footrest helps

Try actually exercising and sitting less

tilting my monitor back a little so it's 90 degrees to my sight line helps me sit up a bit more.

Lay in bed with a laptop.

get a yoga ball, it makes you use proper posture that fixes your fucked up back. i've been using one for a while and it definitely improved my back
