Cut out the carbs, I did that and the weight is dropping off and I hardly even excercise

just learn how to eat normal amounts

If you are going to start exercising to keep the weight off you need dedicate a life to it, so pick a sport not a game

same with eating, you can't diet forever and you will never fix the actual problem

people starve themselves every year brag about losing 40lbs and then pack it on because they didn't learn and adjust to eating normally

You don't have to cut out carbs. My entire diet is basically carbs with a little lean meat and I'm slim and decently muscular
You just have to be conscious of the satiety of your carbs.
Carbs + Fiber (Whole grains, oatmeal, potatoes, fruit) = Very Filling
Carbs - Fiber (White bread, cereals, candy) = You gon' be fat
Also, avoid be careful with foods that combine sugar and fat, because they are excessively addicting and very poor for satiety.
Exercise even if it's just walking for 25 mins a day. The calorie burn of exercise isn't the goal. We're after the effect it has on hormones, reducing appetite.

Oooh also be conscious of the amount of added fat you use while cooking. Nothing wrong with fat, but it's deceptively easy to pour the olive oil directly into the pan and dump in 400 calories, when you could have gotten away with 150. Use a measuring spoon before you put it in the pan

cutting out either carbs or fat works. easiest is to just keep meals either carbs+protein or fat+protein, eat more vegetables, and drink only water/tea/coffee. avoid meals that are carbs+fat.
