Is the price for the newest RPi inflated like other electronics? There are 2GB RPi 4 Model Bs available for 100€. Sounds a bit much, or is that the actual price? I remember these things costing half as much.

It's for computing obviously

>has the price of these inflated?
I see Pi Zeros going for over a $100
Scalpers have clearly caught on to the SBC market

Pi prices are some of the most inflated among all consumer electronics. If you don't need Pi-specific shit and can work with generic Armbian, buy one of the Chinese equivalents.

Some real shitty Linux computers have open ended access from raspberry pies, just make a really complicated line of code loop l, then plug it to your computer, and never let it out for 5 months, nothing bad will happen

i'm sick of these threads and i'm sick of helping you faggots. options field is your friend.

But are they as good in terms of hardware? I can't directly compare it, since I don't really know (I have to look more into it). I've seen some other alternatives like the ODROID, but they're equally expensive.

They're based on a wide variety of chips, from old Allwinner H2 that's between Pi1 and Pi2 in terms of performance (but is dirt cheap) to upcoming RK3588 which should blow Pi4 out of the water.

i know coding bro, im practice 1 hour a day doing code like cd ls etc...
i just want an idea, if you are to stupid to think about one dont even post, loser

What I want to know is where the fuck I can find them. I need them for some work projects and nothing but the most recent models are available and the price of those is 4x what it used to be.

>what the fuck i do with this?
If it is under $35 or free, then anything you want.
If it is over $35 in any form, demand a refund.

Why would you buy it if you didn't have a use planned for it? Are you actually stupid?
>i know coding
>code like cd ls etc...
Yes, it would appear that you in fact are.

Gift it to someone that needs it.

small application server
e.g. pihole
ok, the only reason for this thing right now is for pihole.
but honestly, you can install a pihole server on your regular home server.
