yes

no

I need to buy some AA batteries for my newly purchased handheld AM/FM radio. What are the best value rechargeable ones I can get off AliExpress?

maybe

>What are the best value rechargeable ones I can get off AliExpress?
Do you seek death?

I don't know

duracell-branded anything is a scam

50%

I didn't ask

Eneloop

just buy unbranded/oem only/not for sale batteries, those are the best value/price ones

>Eneloop
Yes. Either Ni-MH for lowest cost over time or the Energizer non-rechargable lithium batteries if you need the lowest weight.

Surely you jest?

Could you repeat the question?

Probably. I wouldn't know: I've only bought Ni-MH rechargeables for almost a decade now.

Get Eneloops or rebranded ones made in Japan.

>good AA batteries will last your radio months
>want to get rechargeable ones that will degrade over time and are more expensive
>not to mention usually comes with an expensive-ass charging dock
Why again can't you buy a huge pack of non rechargeable AA battries?

Actually not. It's one of the best battery brand. Even the low range duracells performs.

good for my butthole dildo

>Why again can't you buy a huge pack of non rechargeable AA battries?
I've done this with Costco batteries. The issue is that the huge pack takes too long to use. So you end up with old batteries leaking in your drawer before you use them. NiMH will last decades and pay for themselves over time.
This is the same thing as the victorian era shoe analogy.
>A rich person buys 50£ shoes that last ten years
>A poor person buys 10£ shoes that last one year.
