You know this is something I asked on the stupid questions general a couple times before. I used to love having a set of installers and iso-s ready.
You could just install win xp or win7, apply the patches and install your software in no time at all. 100% offline.
Linux is by design made for an online machine, you always need some extra random dependencies from where ever the magic textmachine pulls them from even when installing .deb files.
Linux feels a lot more like some apple/google bullshit where it doesn't work without the internet.
Only solution that I was given is to make an image of the whole installation. Kinda bullshit.

windows installers basically just move files around and associate extensions. installers on Linux exist (nvidia drivers, davinci resolve, etc.) but why bother when you can just use the distro's native package manager?
