here in Aus if you're a nigger you can be eligable (based on thsi fact ALONE) for around $500/wk for doing nothing, AND you get free training courses with "garunteed employement" at the end, which is so garunteed because the government pays the employer a significant portion of your wage and provides tax benefits to anyone who hires from these programs.
