okay so it's like Any Forums, but instead of anonymous everybody needs to make accounts, and threads don't expire, they have a sort of voting system where the threads with the most votes move to the top, but the older the post the more weight they have so the harder they are too keep at the top, and users can upvote/downvote these threads, but also they need to be able to upvote/downvote comments from other users so they have a sort of "accumulated comment score" to see if somebody is a shitposter or not, also also users can create their own boards and assign their own moderators so if you don't like the tranny janny you can start your own board with less dilating
