thanks but I'll continue templating my websites in common lisp

>common lisp
You can go see a speech pathologist you know

QtQuick/QML is the ideal replacement for all existing UI markup languages. It is pure perfection.

We need to replace html syntax with s-expression like grammars.
Fixed for you op.

While that would a an improvement, the real power can only be unleashed in a fully featured lisp programming environment.

no, html is fine

What is the advantage? I only see it more verbose.

My first job was an Adobe Flex job, you can guess how that ended but I kinda miss ActionScript 3 + MXML, you could build stuff like that in Flex.

No, it's not made for that. You can't rely on the ordering of keys.

unironically common lisp

How is it more verbose? It uses less characters.

This seems shorter (and more expressive, btw)

143 chars. How many is that JSON?

Your format is flawed. The keys are representing tags AND attributes at the same time. That is ambiguous. It will not work.

We had it all so good in the begining. No editors, no indentation, no syntax language barriers, no tabs, no spaces, no newlines. It was perfect from the start

based lisper. what templating do you use? i personally like djula, but cl-who reminds me a lot of how cljs works for generating html elements, and it is arguably more powerful, but djula is nice since i can cleanly separate html from lisp yet use both and have templates non-lispers can understand

Stop, I bet you were born in 2000.

I had to work with a format that stored the DOM as JSON and it was aids

I like spinneret because it blends in very well with regular code

I like markdown
