Since 2015 at least, affects ALL chromium browsers, no workarounds really. Nobody bothered to fix this yet, making virtually any website with image galleries (e.g., Any Forums) a blurry mess.
Meanwhile, downscaled images in Firefox look fucking perfect.

I like how at every attempt of the way when you try to switch browsers Windows itself tries to tell you not to do it and to stick with Edge.
You have to bypass multiple windows official dialogs telling you firefox/chrome is shit before windows let's you install any other browser.
