I don't know much about tiling window managers but dwm and i3 work just fine. That guy has autism.

The "studio" he uses now is actually a room in a mental health clinic that he attends during the day. They allow him to decorate it to make him feel more comfortable. If he does well in his therapy sessions they allow him to upload a video to youtube.
