That's more of an upper-middle-class neighborhood, honestly. They're going away, even my rich boomer parents' neighborhood (which is gated and has security) is about to be right next to a trailer park and a bunch of cheap apartments. The developers who bought the land sold it off when the direction of development shifted, so the value is plummeting despite being on a lake.
