F-Droid undermines Android security

You should feel bad for downloading FOSS apps outside of Google(R) Play Store(TM).

you will sell out your privacy in exchange for security and you will be happy

I don't. Additionally, whoever wrote that article is as retarded.

your security model is irrelevant if every app has a backdoor
and there is no reason not to believe every app on google's play store is compromised

Google itself is the insecurity

>(repository) freedom is bad
>be more like jewgle play
holy kek

Imagine being schizophrenic enough to spend time into drawing this

Alphabet organisations really don't even try anymore

>try uninstalling all the bloatware from my new Samsung
>manually remove most of the preinstalled apps with adb
>accidentally remove a system package
>have to do a factory reset
>repeat
>third try, get it mostly cleaned without bricking it
I fucking hate South Korea.

Blablabla apple propaganda

>Cringe link

now that I can install paid apps with aurora store i don't even bother to flash gapps

>android security
>android
>security
lmao

its even in the globohomo art style. perfect.

hello Pole

buy nork smartphone to dab on worst korea

> However, having other repositories in a single app also violates the security model of Android which was not designed for this at all
Read: The Android ecosystem is incredibly fragile and unfit for general use. I am not saying F-Droid does not have problems. It's just very apparent that Android's entire security model is also deeply and fundamentally flawed, to the point where people should question whether F-Droid is the weakest link here.

it makes itself everyday, lurk moar

The 'dooters hated user, because he spoke the truth.

fragile? it's fucking garbage. Everything about android sucks
