Make sure it's not strong enough to get the FCC's attention. They'll fuck you over good. I've got a friend who's dad got slapped with a $500k fine for transmitting on frequencies he shouldn't have been. Just stay below the max power limit and you'll be good though.

Yeah its a 50 dollar amp, nothing I will run in to trouble with lmao. The FCC should make dead frequencies legal for anyone to broadcast on at this point. There's literally nothing on UHF or VHF channels anymore... So like what's the point? They sill exist, let us use them.
