S22u user here. I found out what caused the lag. The combination of nova launcher 7 and klwp. I went back to stock and now I haven't had a memory issue in over a day.
Redid the benchmark and score is much higher. Lost about 8-9% battery this time too. Batterylife still around 22-23hours per charge with about 6h SoT.

This has a hole punch front camera from what I can see.
The best thing I found so far is Realme GT 5G(under screen camera) but from what I read it's completely plastic. I'd settle for worse processor in exchange for better build quality.
I'm really autistic about the camera not taking part of the screen, shame it seems to be the status quo these days.
