My IQ is 124. How long would it to take for me to learn coding from the ground up and become a programmer or developer?

The fundamentals of programming are very easy to learn. You could read a couple books in a month. The difficult part is quickly getting familiar with the big picture. You have agile methodologies, frameworks, virtualization, hosting, maneuvering between SJWs to avoid getting cancelled, networking with other devs, open source, versioning, and the list could go on. The best way to do that is work on something and learn about these as you go, so start a personal project or two and get going.

1.5 years if you haven't written a line of code and are motivated to learn

If it was actually 124 (and online tests don't count) you'd already know how
Even if you never studied CS, you would've gone into a hard science and had to learn some programming such that, even if you learned Matlab or other shitlangs, you could easily apply it to other languages and hit the ground running in a week
If you didn't go into a hard science, you're not actually >100 IQ and probably took a test in middle school
