I would use Rocky or Alma unless I had a very specific reason to use CentOS Stream or Suse Leap that wouldn't make fedora a better choice which is hard to imagine.

no, an opensuse leap release is only supported for 18 months.
centos stream is 5 years.
don't want to babysit a server. it's setup and forget.

centos stream is upstream for rocky linux.
rocky linux gets updates 6 days later.

CERN, one of the biggest professional CentOS fleets, is switching to CentOS Stream.
CentOS Stream is actual a community distro that allows contributions. rebuilds are just rebuilds and can't alter anything.
