If you want to see the weather do this instead:
>install wsl on your windows PC
>restart PC
>install windows terminal
>open the Ubuntu app
>apt update && apt upgrade
>apt install curl
>sudo curl wttr.in
Now you have reliable weather data for next 3 days...right in ur heckin terminal!
