Any pretty distros for people who don't want to spend hours customizating? I tried Cutefish OS (pic related), Deepin, Ubuntu Budgie, Zorin, Nitrux, and even PearOS.

Macos. There’s a reason why it’s the go to workstation/laptop distro for every major tech company in the world.

If you want a macOS-like interface, judging by your selection of distros, why not just go for the original? Hackintosh is pretty approachable.

I don't need it to be like MacOS, my selection is just a handful of distros that I know of in no order or preference
