Just using rust should enrage them. It's literally perfect. I can type up all sorts of shit, throw on some dependency like Rayon and all of a sudden my embarrassingly parallel problems are solved with the low low price of having to write a bit more code than some shitty python code.

This abomination is meant to show how shit rust is, but ironically proves the complete opposite.
Yea, it takes ages to build and what not because it has dozens of irrelevant dependencies, but keep in mind that all you need to start this process is rustc, cargo, and the repo cloned locally (which is a main.rs + a cargo.toml).
Try doing something of the same magnitude in c++, you'll pull your hair out off your scalp.
