Oh boy. By any legal definition, she was not raped. She was virtually harassed, sure, but that's not fucking rape. I get that she's traumatised from the experience, but calling it rape is insensitive to irl victims, downplays the definition, and sets very slippery slope to how online harassment can be charged by a court of law. If she tries to make an actual case out of this, it's over. Virtual "crimes" become real crimes. It's all dystopian from here.
