Unfortunately, there's no way. Im with you, its ridiculous having this shoved in our faces at every chance and moment. Might have to get used to giant technocrats forcing their political messages on us without choice or say so in the matter. This means Google is going out of its way to implement the banner into the page in some different way over and over again just so that peoppe who have blocked the element in thier browelser still have to see it.

so there's a couple extra hops, but see how google is sandwiched in between invidious and never comes in direct contact with you? that means they only get IP/fingerprint/cookies/search history/correlation data from the invidious server. not highly personalized data that can be sold onto third parties and used against you
