Yes, because without a blank line in between it tends to form a less readable wall of text.
This is what we all did before a certain group here got triggered by it and started screeching "LE REDDIT SPACING" every time someone did it. It was simpler to avoid blank lines when typing so as not to have your thread derailed by these mongs, so that's what we did.
