Why is there a sudden, coordinated push with Android tablet? Do they think iPad has stagnated due to lack of competition and is weak? Or, is this a push to replace Windows 2-in-1 hybrid laptop/tablets in business and education settings?

Android tablets are destined to fail from start. It has no functionality as a real computer and cannot make phone calls. It has no use outside of watching videos and playing mobile "games" for a regular user.

Apple has owned the tablet market for like 7 years. Google wants it back, there was a time where Android tablets were better than iPads. Hasn't been that way for a while sadly

I can't imagine anyone doing that for the bubble/balls/4line games or pokemon go or wait to play city builders.
