After review of the original post and giving due consideration to Any Forums customs and courtesies, I concur with your statement and formally second it!
An imperative, declarative, functional, oop, compiled, and interpreted all enter a general purpose bar for drinks.
The declarative immediately leaves as he enters the bar.
The imperative begins giving the bartender instructions to serve all of them drinks.
The interpreted echoes the instructions with a delay confusing the bartender.
The compiled waits for the imperative to finish then tells the bartender the optimal order to serve drinks and returns home. When the bartender finishes the OOP takes the drinks and stacks them on top of each other and inside each other in a pyramid ruining everything.
The next year the functional finally enters the bar having built one like the one they were supposed to go in a year ago.

i didn't laugh but i respect the effort
