•Why use a PMP instead of a phone?
>better DAC/AMP
>more output power so it can drive higher impedance headphones
>smaller sizes than phones for activities like exercise
>physical buttons
>headphone jacks
>some people can't use smartphone at work/use dumbphones

•How to request advice:
>Budget
>Source (phone or PMPs)
>Location
>Kind (in-ears or earbuds)
>Sound Signature (or genres you like, important!)
>Past gear and your thoughts on them (important!)

CRA unironically looks better

thank you sir

but sounds worse

Don't these assume that the entirety of a product's sound quality is visible on the frequency chart? Is that actually true?

why is not apple 9$ usb dac included ? are you shill ? also why would u push monitors in your ears ? are you retarded ? lol ? xaxaxaxaxa ?

CX31993 obsoleted it by being cheaper/same price AND having no volume-limiting problems with Android.

not assume, it's 99% dependent of volume and frequency response

>why is not apple 9$ usb dac included
It's shit for android users because you gotta go through workarounds just to get the volume over 50%
>are you retarded ?
yes, like literally every other schizo in this god forsaken general

>Should I get Xelastecs or Spring Tips edition
get bgvp w1 instead

>Today, I will remind them.

>puts cotton/sponge/foam in the itps
heh, nothing personel

Why? Those look like regular tips. I was interested in Xelastec because the material seems to adhere well to the ear canal and whatnot.

does anyone itt even have it?
mine is still on the way

i thought you were going for wide bore tips and paying 15-20$ for tips is just retarded
dont know about the material but they are supposdly soft

Reminder that you don't need to listen to an IEM to know how it sounds as long as you can read graphs

Nah I don't care about whatever the difference in sound is between wide/narrow bore, I just want a better seal, comfort and adherence but am tired of foams.

greetings from csg
have you bought your usb hifi upgraders yet

Well, I have it. But there is not much to talk about it. It just works and for $10 it is as good as it gets.

it's inconvenient uncomfortable crap compare to stock sony eartips and xelastec

any difference in quality? is hiss gone on the cra? works wth computer?

what the fuck am I looking at?

>I CAN HEAR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DACS ON MY 5$ CHINK SWEATSHOP IN EAR MONITORS NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT IM LE BASE

What IEM are you using today?

At what volume do people here listen to music? I can power even Moondrop SSPs and Final Audio IEMs just fine on android. They are much too loud already somewhere around 50%. Other IEMs are plenty loud at two or even one on the volumebar >inb4 hyperacusis

old zs3 cause they have less highs than cra and i get fatigued watching youtube with them and my quarks arent here yet

>any difference in quality?
I don't know, but it is definitely not worse. It might have more bass than the Apple USB-C dongle but that might just be my placebo
> is hiss gone on the cra?
yes, hiss completely disappears and it is dead quiet when using CRAs
> works wth computer?
yes, "just works" by plugging in to my up-to-date Win10 laptop. Also works with my Sony Android TV while using the regular USB adapter.

usb hi-end upgrader
cant you read?

nice
hope they dont add bass cause cra is too bassy for me already

It is weird, on my laptop while using CX31993 I can go to only 4%-6% and I can enjoy my CRA. I can go louder but I don't need because my home is quiet.

When using the Applel dongle on Android? Gotta fucking crank full volume to hear songs.
