If you have a bunch of old stock cables from iem's cut the ends off and use them.
That's how I rewired all my earbuds until I ran out of stock cables to mutilate.

Anything from 9 to 12V will be good for this use. If the fan is PWM then use a 12V supply.

plus i ordered earbuds and i seen people mod them with mmcx cables so that looks cool

Yeah, those. 1A is enough for a few fans - look at the label on the fan you want to use.
No idea about LED strips tho.

I am tempted to pull the trigger on an X99 build, but I feel getting in so late in the game that the second I finish Huananzhi will come out with an X299 board.
