Windows has always looked inconsistent but Win11 just looks ugly, like one of those abandonware distros that try to mimic the look and feel of windows.
Why did MS chose to implement a mobile-style UI on a desktop OS?

I have 100x more bugs on 11 than on 10, the most used functions are actually nice, but a lot of niche functions are unstable af. Literally cleanmgr is broken for me if opened through the UI, fuck 11!
